Phosphate Tour

This tour will take you to through the history of the early phosphate mining of Nauru. You will go through the chiseled archways which were used by the pacific phosphate company (PPC) in late 1905. PPC labourers would wheelbarrow phosphate rocks from topside to the coast. You will also make a quick stop to overlook “Location” where the labour workers settled.
Further in the tour, it will take you to the top to the command ridge, to see the Japanese war cannons, bunkers and an old and abandoned German communications centre.
